A dish that sounds odd, but is actually delicious: Rice & beans, with peanuts, onions, garlic, dried hot peppers & tomatoes. Found this recipe in the Food section of the paper eons ago, it's African in origin.And spicy, of course!! ![]() |

Griddled veg are great. Things like peppers or courgette (zuccini for DMUS!) grill up beautifully - brush them with olive oil before putting on the grill. Bon appetit! |
