Good weigh in Emma.

Today so far:

boiled eggs/mayo
cheese/coleslaw/crackers(water table biscuits 2.5g each)

not sure dinner yet!

Well I think Scampi for me again tonight might have it with some butternut squash and half a sweet jacket potato covered with cheese and coleslaw!!! lol I am so predictable

Well now the kids are not arguing over what channel on the TV to watch they have made better use of their time and are playing in the garden. Maybe not such a bad thing after all!!

Will cook bacon, sausages, egg methinks!
