Update on Sleep Cones ~ Day 2

Went to bed at 11.30pm.
Must have dropped off to sleep within 15 minutes!
Slept right through the night.
Awoke this morning at 6.50!

How I wish every night was like that I'm still not convinced the cones had anything to do with it as I felt quite exhausted when I went to bed If I can get three continuous nights of sleep I may be convinced that they are working!

Mmmmm, maybe , but I know you had a bad night before and a busy day yesterday.
At least, if you do get some improvement, we'll know it's not 'all in the mind' - you have a very healthy scepticism.
