The vet didn't say she wouldn't, so I can only presume she will be when her diet has changed. He's prescribing her a special kidney food as the main part of her diet, she's going again on Saturday for me to pick the food up and so the vet can see how she's doing.

I'll be having a word with the vet then to see what food she's allowed now.

Re: yow-ing

Sice coming back from the vets her tummy's been a little bit sore. It was at it's worst last night, took her into the vets this evening and he gave her an antibiotic injection to help clear it up.

I'm sorry that Beauty's tum has been sore. Those antibiotic injections do work very quickly and I hope she is better soon. What food is being prescribed for her kidney problem, do you know yet?

The vet has prescribed KD for her.

Just a case of purrsuading her that that's what she's got to eat!

*Purrs from Beauty at angieh*

By the way, it's only the dried she's eating. The wet food she won't eat unless she's really hungry and there's nothing else in her bowl.

Like I said, under protest!

ie "This stuff is horrible but I'm hungry so I'd better eat it anyway. Nothing else is coming for me to eat!"

Another thing she's saying (about the wet this time) "Are you trying to poison me Mummy?!?)
