Thanks Mags, Kazz & Fran; it was a lovely dinner...sun not setting till after 8:30 so it was delightful in the garden. Had fried calamari & ka pow chicken (spicy: chicken, chilis, basil). The camera I had last summer was a Kodak One-Time-Use, but they don't make them any more (rats!!); so bought a Kodak Easy Share, which has intimidated me so much I have given it to a friend who's a camera wizz & also a Mac user; she's going to train me on it. It came with an instruction manual about as thick as a small town phone directory(!!), a CD and a gazillion cords/attachments which sort of freaked me out. You all know I'm NOT very good at techy stuff...anyhow, when I know how to use it, will do pics...that garden is really something else...and the restaurant is only a 10 minute walk from my house over to the Avenue! Sleep well, all! |
