If they dont work on your wrists Mags, you could try sticking them on your eyes. That would keep your eyes shut and so aids restful sleep!!!

Sorry to make light of the situation Mags. It cant be much fun for you. I had a period of not being able to sleep a year or so ago. I was desperate to sleep. I could not function during the day as I need my sleep so much.
