This morning Donna I am still 9 stone 6lbs but I feel lighter again and I am only having fish and veg for dinner so hopefully tomorrow will be a good weigh in day, also I have had loads of water (well Tescos flavoured water )

How about you? any more losses??

Not weighed for couple of days so last weigh in was 10st 1lb. But after my curry last night I feel I might be a bit lighter if you get my meaning!! Been even better today as I had smaller brekkie and chicken salad again for lunch. Not hungry yet so not sure what to do for dinner but will be small amount. Hope it will start the weight loss again.
