I reckon it took me about 6 months to lose just over 2 stone and I stayed at 9 stone 8lbs for about two years, this is the lightest I have been for about 12 years!! |

You are right Donna I have found low carbing very easy to do...most of my meals are easy to prepare/cook, basically protein and veg. Sometimes I get a bit bored of breakfasts but I am fine at the moment with those custards ![]() Well you goal sounds very sensible, my first goal was 9 stone 7lbs and I got down to 9 stone 8lbs and kept the weight off for the majority of the time (except Christmas ![]() |
