Don't all vets do direct claim?? Sal's insurance is with Axa.

But I did have Petplan for previous animals and very happy, excellent service.
Now have Axa fr Sal and have made one claim for her foot and lip thingy this year and no complaints.

My insurance for Sal was cheaper because she ws spayed then it was before. So it must make a difference
