Re: Do you go to the gym?

I used to go to step classes and went to the gym a couple of times a week. To be honest I found the gym quite boring. I enjoyed step, but much preferred competitive sports, I loved playing badminton and squash. When I developed RSI and carpal tunnel, I had to give up, now I've had the op I am planing to get into badminton again and even have a go at squash. My biggest problem now is finding the time.

Re: Do you go to the gym?

I enjoy the gym, good atmosphere and lots of variety. At eh gym I go to, each treadmill has its own TV! I agree it can be addictive.
