Not that simple! You have to have a choice for each poll. If I post the poll with the thread, the choices to vote for would have to be: Entry 1, Entry 2, etc! So people would have to scroll back up to see who Entry 5 was. Can you not add the poll at the start then edit it later to add the names?

Why not start a thread for entries for the 1st contest, to be posted by a certain date. When that date arrives, start a new thread adding the poll, all those who have posted their pics can be added to the thread with the poll.

While people are voting, another thread could be started asking for photos for the 2nd contest, with a time limit once again. Then when the 1st contest has finished you will have pics ready for the next one ......... I expect that's as clear as mud!!
