Yes Eileen - I'm sorry all those young bright kids were murdered just as their lives were really beginning. It must have really shocked the nation.

Still - sadly, that's what happens when you make guns available to all and sundry.

Did you here what the "hoodie" company's are doing? Makeing bullett proof hoodies (like the bullett proof vests the police wear) I ask you, is that not just asking for trouble?

Re: Daily thread - Tuesday.

Afternoon all,

Been a VERY long day as it started so early with Misty's return! Will get an early night tonight!

Dawn, I am glad everything went as well as it could do. Not much else I can say x

I heard about the tragedy at the Uni in the US too - everytime something like this happens, I just hope it wont happen again... but sadly it does.

Nothing much else to report from one very tired, but happy, cat owner...

I know, Yola. Not all of us here believe in it, but the NRA (National Rifle Association) is a huge powerful lobby with a lot of Congressmembers in their pockets, and a lot of people who believe (foolishly) that the Constitution gives us the right to bear arms. How many more senseless deaths will it take before something is done?
