At least you realised that before you got too far into it all and incurred legal fees etc.

Yes, I have been on rightmove all week last week!!!! Great website as it incorporates most of my local estate agents. My house should be on there in the next couple of days too!!!

I've had two viewings of my house already and another one tonight and that's before it's even been in the paper and it has only gone onto the net today

Fingers crossed that someone wants to buy it!!!!!! They're probably just a load of nosey parkers wanting to have a poke around with no intention of buying!!

Its because HIPS is being brought in in June of this year (so the Government say) so people who get on the market now do not have to pay out for a Home Information Pack. After June you, as a vendor, will have to get this sorted before your house goes on the market at a cost of around £500!!!!

Charlie, dont knock it. I was exactly the same. My house went on the net and within half a day I had three viewings! It was sold before I knew it. Good luck although it seems like your not going to need it.
