Wel, it's sunny and 49F here, not the predicted 55F, but at least it's nor snowing! To market, out to take a few pictures with the new camera (got Onyx!) and put the recycling out. Lots of people here will be getting a 4 day weekend; Tuesday has been declared a National Day of mourning for President Ford, so the government is closed. Am recycling the last of the chicken into noodle soup tonight: have had enough sandwiches and a stir fry..this is when I miss my former cats who'd help me finish up the bird...Leia doesn't like chicken! Silly cat! Have a nice evening, all!

Well Kazz I am very impressed with our bathroom suite, the bath is nice and thick, when I told my dad the price he was a bit concerned over the quality but after seeing it he was very impressed.

My mum and dad have just put in a new kitchen from B&Q, and it is lovely. It is a completely white one and looks much more expensive than it was! She got her tiles from somewhere else though, 'cause she didn't think much of the ones on offer there, lol!

We have torrential rain and gale force winds at the moment ......... definately not a night for going out!

Cassie is not one for going out much in the winter months anyway ...... also she hates the rain. What better than a nice warm arm chair eh?

Ditto here Mags. The wind is howling down our chimney! Making me shiver just listening to it. I hate that the little ginger cat is out in it, but at least she is staying warm and dry in her little shelter.
