Re: URGENT - can someone help??

Well, she is eating now, and has used the tray. Only prob is I tried to change her water and tray last night, got as far as the water before she sneaked out, and trying to catch her wasn't good as she turned on me, I had to put a towel over her to get her - and then she tried to go for me while I was locking the cage door. She is being picked up at 1ish though, and her new owners have the time, space and patience to let her come round.

Do you think this poor thing would benefit from a pheremone diffuser or (simpler) Rescue Remedy in her water?

Good idea DM. She is going to her new home today though, but maybe the new people could try.

Re: URGENT - can someone help??

Will keep you posted, am going to ask her owners to keep in touch.
I actually bought some rescue remedy yesterday, she had some in her tea, and when she escaped, I put a bit on each of her ears before putting her back in the cage, and she had some in her breakfast this morning.

WEll, they set off with her at 2.30, so she is on her way to her new home - I am sure she will love her new home (I want to move in as well!!). She is going to ring when they get back, and will keep me updated.

She got home safely, and was put in their bedroom, where she found a nice hidey hole under their bedside cabinet. She is going to keep in touch, so will let you know.
