Re: Funfilled Friday Daily

Will do, Eileen. I'm surprised to learn she is very close to us..just down the road! She says we can start as early as tomorrow or we can pick a day/time of our choosing for introduction/training. I think we'd probably go there several times a week. Now just waiting for K to wake so I can confirm a date/time. Luckily she says it's fine we are not morning people as the birds need changing/cleaning at all hours of the day which I suppose is true!

Re: Funfilled Friday Daily

I love your idea Tink - hope you enjoy it. Years ago I used to volunteer warden at our local RSPB reserve shop. It was indoors and could get very boring if no-one came in!

Yesterday was quite rainy and cold here, so OH and I went for a walk along the Chichester Canal, which has been restored by some very skilled people. It was really beautiful - somewhere I'd not been before. The yellow flags are just coming out. Saw a few water fowl. We were however grateful to get to the pub to warm up and have lunch and a few drinks. I had a pint of Guinness! We enjoyed our few hours off even though the weather was pants!
