Our fields are flooded, we are desperately trying to get the pigs and sheep inside, but the weather is slowing the prep of the housing down. We have a tarpaulin roof for the sheep house to go on but its either too windy or wet. There is a river running down the yard and I suspect it will be flooded on the way to work tomorrow.
Bring on the frosts, rain- GO AWAY!
The last lot of flooding, somebody died trying to get to some cattle on the outskirts of the village, his tractor tipped into the river and he was washed away.

I keep saying "Poor Aberdeen" during the weather forecast. How come everything is so sodden so early in the year? It's alarming.

I saw that on the news Farthing so tragic............
