Snow here too overnight! Was supposed to be just flurries...got about an inch! Woke up at the usual time, looked out the window and promptly went back to bed! The sun is out now and it's melting, but quite cold , -4C. A warmup is coming by the weekend, probably reach 15; we have very changeable weather. So, no news here, will put out the trash, feed the birds, all very exciting! Stay warm and dry..... |

Been to work today, home now nice dusting of snow no ice this morning it was lovely walking to work at 5.30am been out with Sal since coming home she adores the snow. Having dinner now and planning on staying in, DM Sal does that kinda aprehensive look on three legs. |

Went to my pulmonary rehab assessment this afternoon. Saw the pulmonary nurse, the assistant OT (they don't have a qualified OT!) and the senior physiotherapist. I am not that bad and can be helped. The dietician wasn't there - so didn't get the promised hug! There were six of us who had all been told we mustn't eat or drink anything for 3 hours before our appointments and then we were told as the dietician wasn't there, we could eat and drink! I hadn't thought of taking anything with me and by the time I got home at about 4.30, I could have gone mad and eaten all sorts of bad things, but just had a slice of homemade banana tea bread and a lovely cuppa tea, made for me by OH. ........ and the course doesn't start until the end of May!!! |

Hi all - Snow here, not deep but has fallen on icey roads so I really slithered and slid up the hill tonight. Temp has dropped to -2c so probably slither and slide back down tomorrow morning. Home made pizza for dinner (not v good for diet but was quick and easy) Alfie not been out for three days! Cali has pulled a shoulder muscle so only a short lead walk tonight. Hope to see lots of you at quiz tonight - games and funnies at 8. |

hello, all. not been checking in as much lately due to dealing with medication changes/side effects. sunny here today and cold. only heard of possible snow next week but right now we are in the clear..just very nippy outside. hope you all have/had a good day/night. |
