Don't do yourself down. You seem to have a real aptitude for this - if you enjoy doing such crafts then why not combine what you love doing into something that helps earn you a living!!

Just a thought - you once mentioned an animal shelter near you. Would they be willing to sell a few things for you in exchange for a share of the 'profit'. This would mean you could get a chance to do one or two at a time, build up the experience and also not be under pressure to do high numbers. The ferret hammocks were great too so you could maybe do a couple as examples and leave some pics as examples? Then, if you managed to get a decent machine you'd have a 'proven market' if you went to other stores?

I'm not a great seamstress but could you maybe stitch some material onto the base to attach it before adding the sides?

I do agree with Yola tho', I'd much rather have handcrafted and unique that mass produced.

I too agree that peeps like me would want an original handcrafted bed. Your so talented. Great stuff
