Re: Hello all.

Hi there, although I've posted in some of your other threads, just wanted to say hi and welcome. Look forward to hearing about Belle and maybe some pics?

Re: Hello all.

Belle was rescued by me before Christmas 2004. She was a stray. Very affectionate to stroke but again is not a lap cat. Willow gave her a good bop on her nose to tell her she was boss and Belle has since been her independant self but willow became her faithful big sister.

Belle is a strange creature. She has a split personality. Devil like one minute and gloriously cuddly the next. She loves to stick a claw out when the kids are passing her paws!!!!!

Belle and I have never bonded like Willow and I and I think she guessed that. However since Willow became ill she has taken her place on the end of my bed to comfort me and hasn't strayed far from home. I think now our bond will deepen and I hope she will one day take a long deep nap on my lap infront of the fire.

Belle is nearly 6 I think. I'm at work at the moment (had to do a night shift)but will upload a picture of her later.

Thanks for taking an interest and I'm so so glad that I found and joined this forum.

I'm glad you did too! Belle sounds like a real character; perhaps she'll enjoy being alpha cat when the kitten comes! My Leia does that bit also..will reach out and snag your jeans when you walk past her. Look forward to the pics!
