Why is that Eileen do you know? here the Marathon is coverd by the BBC from about 8.30 till 12ish then highights about 6.30 - 7.30pm

We get excellent cover of the Marathon thought the USA would have been the same.

I have no idea why they stopped; I'm assuming that the Nielsen numbers were too low (number of households viewing) so they felt they'd make more money by showing something else. I still have tapes of several of them when my various VCRs were working; I'd love to watch them again but have given up completely on VCR's..they hate me! And I have no idea how long tapes are playable ...these are fairly old.

Well done to everyone who took part - they are all amazing.

Sorry to hear that your TV channels don't cover New York or Boston marathons Eileen. Bums and seats I suppose - I would have thought the sight is so motivational and uplifting, perhaps the "God" channels might cover them!?
