Thanks Fran, so you want another of my best kept secrets!! OK!! You download this:
http://photofiltre.en.softonic.com/download
Its a free editing suite. Easy to use, you go along the top click on the filter, go down to "frame" and you can choose all the effects etc.. from there.

Its the first one, the free edition.
