Re: Thursday Daily

Brrr! Sounds like very chilly weather there! Sunny and up to 4 degrees now, should be nice all day. I need to finish wrapping and will be ready for Christmas. Any change you'll have a white one? It is rare here, once in 10 years they said last night on the TV.

Hope all the poorly people feel much better soon; stay warm and watch out for the ice, all!

Eileen, I think it's due to warm up over the weekend, certainly in the south! I'm really hoping the cold, crisp weather continues into next week as it'll make wandering around the rolling Cotswold countryside wonderful. Bet it rains

Have you ever seen Bridget Jones? A lot of their country Christmas scenes were (allegedy) in the Cotswolds?

Well it has remained freezing cold here all day, the frost that was over the ground and bushes this morning is still there ...... it didn't thaw out at all. Another cold night methinks!

Yola, we have rain forecast here in the south-west for Saturday I hope it clears for your Cotswold break..

No, didn't see that one, although I read the book. I do hope it doesn't rain on your well-deserved break for Christmas in the Cotswolds! Sending dry weather vibes to all my UK friends!

Re: Thursday Daily

Well I am home folks, just touched down.....and I am shattered it was my day off to back to work tomorrow to have a rest.
Got the secret Santa at work tomorrow, and our "department" Christmas do, but I have a feeling we are going to become a bigger dept than normal tomorrow...fine as long as they bring something to eat.
