Re: Your Christmas Messages Thread!

Hello all,

I just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

I don't get on here as much as I used to, or as much as I'd like, but I still think of you all and your furbabies and wonder how you're all getting on.

My babies are all fine and well.

Abi had another bout of sickness a couple of weeks ago and even vomited blood at one time, but a quick trip to the vets set her right. She's fine now and they still can't find anything actually wrong with her She's happy though and still chasing her little brother around like a mad thing!!!!

Red had a little drama on Friday night as he caught his back claw when he was jumping. He didn't break the claw, but he must have knocked it and my goodness, I have never seen so much blood!!!! It bled and bled and bled. I had to shut him in the bathroom with me until it clotted. Then as soon as I let him out, he was chasing Abi down the stairs and it started bleeding again It looked like someone had been murdered in my house - there was blood all up the stairs, the walls, the floors, all over the bathroom suite I even rang the emergency vets for some tips on how to stop the bleeding; they said that claws, ears and tails are the bains of their lives as they just bleed and bleed She advised me to put talc on the wound to try and help the clotting - which I did - and we sat in the bathroom again for ages waiting for it to stop. When it did - I didn't want to risk any more playing, so Red spent the night shut in the bedroom with me and the double-bed all to himself!!!!!

Lily and Kuta are both very well - no dramas from them!!!

Anyway - didn't mean to rant so much.................Merry Christmas.

lots of love
Charlie
xx
