Yes but if William doesn't have children but Harry does it would go William, Harry, Harry's children etc...It would only reach Andrew if both William and Harry didn't have children and didn't take the throne themselves for some reason

But is this all providing William's/Harry's/Andrew's/Edward's children are all boys? If there were girls would they still get precedence over Anne?
