Oh dear, I am so sorry for all of you who are having to endure these atrocious conditions .........I will never complain about out 'bit' of rain again down here after seeing what is happening in your areas.

The Met Office meanwhile has severe weather warnings set up for Wales, north west England, Yorkshire and the Humber, West Midlands, East Midlands and south west England.

Alex may be worth taking this into account for the schools tomorrow maybe you too Smudgley. As Glos is really bad at the moment if you need to go that way.
