I had just assumed the pain would be so intense that you'd know! Only thing I ever broke was two ribs in a fall years ago...and I knew at once that something was very wrong, as it hurt quite badly...felt as if someone was jabbing me with a knife every time I coughed (Winter time, of course, with a cold!)

Re: Fed Up - Yes Me.

Oh it hurt alright thing is I hurt my upper arm and smacked my funny bone too, so the tingling from that kinda disguised the pain I think I woke up in the night and this morning it hurt but thought again from the bruise on my arm. But today at work I reached for the phone and the pain was bad but eased off afterwards, but enough to make me pop the Doctors who sent me straight to the hospital.

I actually did it at work I moved something it bounced up and smacked the back of my arm causing me to smack my hand into the floor or pallets (wooden ones) which were stacked as I havea splinter in the palm of my hand I think I hit the pallets or something on the floor.
