thanks everyone for the lovely comments

yes they are getting on a lot better now,tigs washes shadow & play together but tigs gets a bit rough sometimes so thats when i step in a bit to smooth things
we got them a cat tower yesterday & a little toy so it was something new to both of them.
they are both asleep now

Awwww, look at that liddle face! He's lovely and so glad he's settling in. It would be a very mean older cat that would deliberately harm a baby .... although they can be a bit rough
