How is it going with the windows BTW??

Oh, and yes, we do have Dunelm Mill down here - they are fab!!! Such a good value shop!!!

Well that's the best sleep Iv'e had in ages.

Charlie, there now saying that the windows dont need replaceing and were useing it to enhance the house. Ha, a gale come's through!
The £500 was a good will guesture and they are not exepting responsability for missing them in the report.
Were taking it to the complaints people.

Good for you Jac. I'd keep at them. Of course it's their responsibility to notice it when they did the survey - that's what you paid them for!! Nutters!!

Take it up with RICS.

We have done Charlie. We were told that they have gone about it all wrong. We should have been given a notice of the complaints procedure (which we asked for a week ago) Giving them till Friday on that one.
The lady at the complaints office was in agreement. Were in the right, and will fight it.
Thank you for all your help and I will let you know how it goes.
