Not adding Kazz, or certainly not adding immediately, but, looking way ahead, when either Dinah is an old lady, or even not with us, keeping a guide dog might be a nice idea? She would have been puppy-walked, so no issues of old people exhausted by raising a puppy, she would (hopefully) be well mannered and (looking on the really grim side) if either/both the humans became infirm or popped their clogs, the dog would, presumably, be taken back and found another home?
But I'm sure there are a lot of people applying and there would be others with a better claim than us.
