Re: I'm off

I hope you managed to stay vertical on the boots and remembered the slippers for the walk home!

She does brush up well have seen her dressed when she met me jsut before we moved up to Aberdeenshire in a 5 star hotel - she cam look glam and fab and forty and there's nothing wrong with being that era!

After looking back on the 20's and 30's photo's we still look good at this age!!!!

Re: I'm off

I have to tell you guys, That was the WORST night out ever . Went out in good spirits and full of optimism for a good laugh. Got to the place for a meal and the atmosphere was just wrong. One girl had been drinking all afternoon and was very in your face and false. Another sat there with a face on and kept saying how bored she was. Tried to make the best of it and get people laughing by telling jokes and funny stories but it just wasnt happening. Went up town, one girl disapeared home with out even saying goodbye. The only bloke that was with us is sooooo creepy that at one point I thought a few blokes were gonna give him a kicking. It was absolutely freezing and wet outside, the pubs were all full to over flowing. Waited for over an hour in the rain and cold for a taxi. The best laugh was the taxi ride home. Not often you meet a taxi driver with a good sense of humour and up for a good chat.
My electric blanket is now on, having a brew and off to bed.
