I know it was Sandtex exterior paint, but assume its not much different in cost to Dulux. I think he was trying to have one over on me. At the end of the day, I told him I didnt have any more money so he didnt get any more. It was a cash job too so I have done him a big favour tax wise.

Have one hanging place for a basket - will get one and maybe something for the window sills

Oh it isn't posh, its nice, but not posh!!! lol only a two bedroomed one (although we have got plans sometime to do a loft conversion to give us two more bedrooms and a study - cheaper than moving ) it does us
