And Fran, if you cradle them on their backs they have the most wonderful smiley smiles! Maybe Luke could get a pic when Burt and Ernie know him better?

Re: My new babies-coronet x abbysinian guinea-pigs!

Thanks Fran-that only means you should get a pair, g-pigs are the best!
DM-they are actually quite tame and used too the madhouse already! I had put them in the run whilst prepping up their hutch and Florrie in her exhuberance had crashed through and sat licking the boys through the wire..then the queen of the house (polly) gave them a meek look over and then a grimace, and as for the cats-they walked past, had a look and couldnt care less!
I have been baby cradling them this evening..had too in order to give them the once over, make sure they have everything in the right place, and no sores anywhere etc etc..will get someone to nab a pic when i'm next 'inspecting and cradling'.
I think they have become a little confused-they were in the lounge not long ago and are at present shuffling along chasing Elsa..and the ironic part..the silly mare is running from them bawling!

Aww, what cute little squeakers! Abbys are my absolute faves - I love Ernie's dark face as it is just like one of my old girls, Pippa. (And I think the names are great by the way!)
