push the button down with your nail and then push backwards on the back it should come off...

right what you need to do because i had one of these phones and it did that to me, it could be a wire has slipped on the flippy bit bang it against your hand not to hard tho take battery out and leave it out for an hour and but your other half of the phone some where warm not to warm just mildly warm then but the battery back in and turn it back on!

Let me know if it works! if not got another idea lol
