Re: Daily Shred Thread / Monday..

Hi everyone, miserable wet and windy day here

Just taken my son to the station to get his train after having him stay for the weekend. Why do weekend visits always go by so fast?

Now normal service is being resumed and it is back to serious Catpaging time!!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

It's not the end of the world, but the blimmin wind has just gusted and blown over my plastic coated 'growhouse/grenhouse'. 3 weeks worth of 'getting stuff ready for the allotment' on its face on the patio
Have picked it up, jammed it back up and put a garden bench in front, so it won't go over again, but......
leeks, flowers, broccili, lettuce.......all gone. Geranium and petunia 'plug plants' pretty battered - they may recover.
Nature always catches up and gets back into balance but it doesn't half make you mad sometimes!

Good luck with your interview, Julie!

DM, sorry to hear about your plants

I have no idea what the weather's like here, I refuse to go out. Got some very nice cuddles from Ninja - and a hand slathered in kittydrool

They always know what kind of present you'd appreciate most, don't they?

My son seems to be all better now, in time for nursery tomorrow. Thank goodness He's been asking for ham sandwiches, and cheese sandwiches, eventually settled on cheese and has now picked the cheese out and is eating the bread on its own

That wind is certainly causing some problems today!!!! Its really blustery here too. Just got in from work. Sean is at his mates, and Emma has her friend here to play. Got a few mins spare before I start dinner.

It's always blustery here, so I suspect I wouldn't even notice I had to start wearing underskirts because the neighbours started to like me way too much
