It wasn't local vet, but the cat bit somebody and the vet decided it was feral, even though it had been in the vet for a week being handled previous to this happening. |

I'll bet! When you said he'd been PTS, while I thought it was sad, I simply took it that he had been unwell enough for this to be the kindest action, not this wanton disregard for life!  |
