How embarassing I did that with Sebastian's consultant appointment and also with his cranial massage appointment - thankfully in both cases I was a day early rather than late!

But you do feel like a right tool even when people are being nice about it

When I worked in the doctors office we often had patients do that, even though we mailed out reminder postcards....but most of them who did it were senior citizens ,,,,
