She has brought a couple indoors and they've been swishing their tails for a bit and my carpet has been covered in fish scales another one she had in the garden but no way could I get it from her.
Now, to answer your question Moli........a) I don't throw them back as they are almost dead when she has them..... b) Cassie doesn't eat them at all, just plays with them until they stop moving .....c) I say nothing to my neighbour!

They have loads of fish in their pond Moli, the only ones they would miss are a gold one and a silver one as they are both about 1ft long.

So it's the littler ones she catches, then? I wondered how in the world she managed a koi...the only ones I've seen are biggies...as you say, about a foot long and quite plump!

This is going to sound awful Eileen but I did catch doing it once........ she strikes out with her paw and brings it out of the water, her claws are sharp!

I've heard of the fishing cat...think it is Indonesian or in that part of the world....and that's how he does it. Must be feline instinct ......
