Re: Kazz's exam (live)

Right - I'm up to speed on all this now. Missed it live and tried to catch up quickly this morning before i went out but I was just lost.
So - well done Kazz; I know you will like this work!
(wonder why your local branch was unresponsive? Volunteers are hard to find in any area of life - they are way to precious to ignore or refuse. )

Given the wonderful stories you tell us now Kazz I bet we will hear marvellous stuff once you start CP-ing ...... playing with kittens - there's an onerous task but- hey - someone's gotta do it

Re: Kazz's exam (live)

Well not sure whats going on but phoned my local CPL for Alex's kittens got a really nice lady ring me back and they are full with waiting lists and turning cats away bt over run and mentioned I had inquired about joining but had been ignored and she promised to get someone to ring me - I said actually I had tried a few times and never had a response but knew someone who did CPL in another area and would travel to there - the woman was beside herself saying how much they needed relied on volunteers and to give them another go.

Blimey Kazz - at this rate you'll be volunteering for both branches

Sad truth is there just aren't enough people willing to help out.
