Well done Eileen. I would have thought the squirrel would have found his way through the plastic (when you think his teeth will crack hazelnuts.) Maybe it prevents him finding the tomato via its aroma?
I think my outdoor tomatoes are starting to show blight (all my potatoes are blighted ). Bloody weather. Potatoes, tomatoes, broad beans - the whole allotment site looks so sad.
If this continues we'll form a new wave of emigrants to the US, just like the Irish - see you soon DM!
