Summer Thursday!

Oh it's trying ard to be summer here but that awful black cloud seems to have taken up residence over the mountain. The forecast says it will be better this w/e tho. (I think our tv weatherman just shakes the seaweed a bit, as science would tell him different)

Alls well here. Looking forward to going to see John Barrowman in concert on Saturday, all glamour and glitter whoo hoo!

It's just about still Thursday!
Home late after going to a 'young law society' quiz which was great fun and made up for what was quite an upsetting day at work
I caught a cough while on holiday which has progressed into pneumonia, again Coughing has really aggravated my fractured rib, but I'm basically just feeling sorry for myself
Up waiting for painkillers to kick in so that I can sleep, nighty night!

Night, Liz; so sorry you're unwell! I had a cold when I had a fractured rib years ago and it hurt like the devil to cough! Hope it's a better day at work tomorrow, (((hugs)))

We are going to Dubrovnik and Montenegro, this will be our third time to Croatia and it's now become one of our favourite destinations...

OH and i are very interested in Dubrovnik... there has been a lot in the media about it in the last 6 months or so since that Australian girl was murdered there... not a happy thing... but it looks like its a really beautiful place.. it's on our wish list... but the closest we will get to it on this trip is Hungary

how long befor you go and how long will you be away for?... the one thing i miss about the UK is having everything right on the doorstop ... so to speak

We go on the 31st May for two weeks, flying from Gatwick it takes about 2 1/2 hours. We've always stayed in the Istrian Peninsula area before but that was too far away for a visit to Dubrovnik so we're heading south this time..
