Aww poor baby bird, I imagine the Magpie was the culprit......early this yer we had a agpie hounded by a froup of sparrows and the magpie had a baby bird in its break.....its the survival of the fitess I suppose |

Half day at work today. Had a goose in to remove an abscess from it's foot-never anaesthetised a goose before, I'm a bit scared of them to be honest  She was called 'Lizzie' though!Slept most of this afternoon-naughty I know but I'm still feeling so exhausted. My iron levels are going up but slowly. Not much else to report!  |

Am shortly off to bed. U.S. Joe and his hosts came over for a drinkie before heading into town to ransack the pubs I've drank a bottle of wine (must have been more stressed than I realised) and am therefore a bit tired. Lovely, healthy salad dinner tonight  Cats are being cuddly so must go and play with them a bit before crashing out! |
