hello guys, Hope you are all well. The weather is amazing here,a little too amazing if that makes any sense at all. We have been on a boat trip today but I have had to stay out of the sun because of sunburn and bad eyes  ,had to go and see the doctor yesterday cus my eyes were that bad i couldnt even open them,i have drops now and they are alot better today.The sun burn is soooooooo sore,I burnt wearing a factor 25 on my first day so I got a factor 50 yesterday and still burnt  hopefully my day out of the sun today (was only in it for about 10 mins while I went on a donkey ride ) will calm it down a little.Speak soon xx |

Plenty of after sun and or calamine lotion Erin, keep in the fridge and apply liberally, and plenty of fluids, not of the alcoholic kind |
