I can only think of very silly ideas such as if someone lived at the top of the tall block and wanted to salute the flag that was on a flagpole a long way down .................

dyk - The Sumatran tiger has the most stripes of all the tiger subspecies, and the Siberian tiger has the fewest stripes.
