No, I had a huge one for years and everyone was very hopeful. Gave it to a neighbour who had more space for it and he had it for years but not a hint of fruit.

It's full name is Monstera deliciosa and it's supposed to be edible.

Oh drat!!! I remember a fiction book where someone studied butterflies and the like... thing is, I don't think they made much of what the person was - more was made of the cartographer, who I think had something to do with the maps...
