It's a rice bug from the paddy fields of Japan and is sometimes used as a flavouring in the liqueur of the same name.................. (but spelt with an e on the end)

Saki was the pen name of H.H. Monro........ technically he was a mammal, hence an animal....

I have no idea if this is correct or not. Lets say a bug is not an animal - do you want to try again?
