Well i am very sad to say we weren't approved on the basis that we had the two dogs. As they were terriers, and i dont really know what else.
But ah well, at least we tried
Best wishes

Luke

Sorry to hear that you've been turned down for fostering. We have fostered for our local RSPCA and a local animal rescue and we have two staffies! I'd try and contact a smaller independent rescue if I were you as they tend to be more flexible! Don't give up, there are always rescues that will welcome genuine help with open arms.

That is such a silly reason for not allowing you to foster..I have 3 cats, 2 staffies and a Boxer, so I probably would not be able either!!

i think they were more put off by how the dogs acted, polly our JRT is a rescue and very fearful of strangers, therefore she usually hideas, and FLorrie, westie cross dandie dinmont is a typical 6 month old pup and ambles you over at every chance, apparently having a timid possibly snappy (dont ask me where the woman drew this conclusion from!) dog and another that was wild (DUH she is a puppy) wasn't the right conditions to foster cats and.or kittens in!!!!!!!!
Clementine hissed at the lady so she must have been of bad character!!!!!!!!!!
