Wasn't sure what to vote but decided on 'Yes instead of being allowed freedom'.
The only time I have used a harness was when my previous cat broke his pelvis and after weeks of immobility he was allowed to walk but not jump or climb on anything. I used to take him out in the garden for exercise, but to be honest, he hated the harness!!! It did it's job at the time though

Lot's of breeders do, especially abroad I have noticed! Some of their cat shows seem to be outside!
