He has a haematoma in one of his hooves Mags, which is like an abscess but filled with blood rather than pus. If left he would have developed a nasty abscess. I have to poultice his foot every day until it settles. Now the vet has parred his hoof and opened the haematoma it has relieved the pressure and he is much more a happy bunny although still somewhat lame at the minute. He has his sense of humour back though and keeps removing the poultices :?

It could have been a lot worse Mags. With all the problems he has we assumed the worst, so we are very relieved :-)
