He is a big fat boy who does not like the flash on the camera, you would not think he had blue eyes in that photo! Looks like devil eyes!

Chinnies - their favourite treat - they snatch them out of each others hands, very funny to see!

Isn't it nice that you can see and learn about other people's pets on here?

It's wicked, I love animals so much, they are so innocent and trusting.

I know what you mean.
I've never known anything about chinnies before, if I had I think I would have liked a some years ago. They are so cute!

They are quite entertaining and addictive, I had a male chinch in his own before the girls, and when he was PTS I wanted another one, the cage is big enough for me to get another on now, but OH is not happy about that and I think 2's company 3's a crowd, so I suppose I should not upset the apple cart!

Have you ever thought of breeding them Abs? (LOL I know you'd have to get a male first!)

It's crossed my mind, but I don't know how easy they are to sell - also once the female has the kits you have to seperate the male and its just time I don't have - I am out all day at work and I think its unfair on them i would need to dedicate time - maybe one day??!!

Would the male kill the kits then?

Toms can kill kittens if they dont think they are their own

Sorry PJ we are talking about Chinchillas! he he he he

It's so that they don't mate as soon as the female has had the kits, she is capeable of getting pregnant immediately after giving birth.

He is the most loving cat I have ever know, he really is a mummies boy - we have a very special bond.

He's got a very gentle look hasn't he?

Abbi

he is so gentle, and a really scardy cat - if the door bell rings - he is off!

That's half of their appeal as you want to protect them all the time.
